However, we do have some conditions and a screening process through which we determine an appropriate match for one of our dogs. Our applicationPuppies Behind Bars is seeking volunteers who live within 45 minutes of Wallkill Correctional Facility in Wallkill NY, or Eastern Correctional in Napanoch, NY to help with our puppy-raising efforts.
